Q: How does The Dollar Toothbrush Club Membership work?

A:  We know it’s easy to forget those grocery items that don’t demand replacement every week. Case in point: your manual toothbrush! Caring for your smile is important - let The Dollar Toothbrush Club help you ensure your smile is getting the very best daily cleanings! Our solution is simple:

  • We send you a fresh toothbrush as soon as you place your first order. 
  • Then, we'll send you another toothbrush every 30 or 60 days... You pick your order frequency.
  • We’ll ship your orders straight to your door automatically - you don't need to mark your calendar to place your next order.

Q: Is there a cost to Join the Club? 

A: Nope! There is no cost to join and no hidden fees! You simply pay for your toothbrush and the shipping. That’s it!  Our quality brushes start at only $1 and we keep our shipping costs low. 

Q: How often should I replace my toothbrush? 

A: If you’re brushing at least two minutes twice a day we recommend changing your toothbrush every 30 to 60 days. Our high quality brushes provide all the cleaning capability you need in a dentist recommended soft bristle toothbrush. However, once bristles begin to lose their efficacy then it’s time to swap out that toothbrush. Your bristles may not even look worn - but with normal brushing you can be confident it’s time for a change.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A:  You’re in control of your membership. You can cancel, hold or change an order simply by visiting MY ACCOUNT. You’ll need to login with your username and password. 

  •  Is there a fee to cancel an order? NO
  •  Is there a “last bill” before my order is cancelled once I give notice? No. Your order will be cancelled immediately and you will not be charged for another order. We know that many people avoid a recurring order - even for something convenient like a toothbrush - because companies make it hard to cancel or require cancellation be made with extended notice. However, all we ask is that you give us three (3) business days before your next order is scheduled to generate so that we can cancel it in time. Otherwise, we can't guarantee you won't have one more order ship. 
  •  Do I have to cancel my membership? NO. You can HOLD or PAUSE one or more orders. You can even change the type of toothbrush in an order if your needs change!
  •  Can I reinstate a PAUSED order? YES.
